We will reprint and ship at no cost should your project be printed in a defective manner and the flaw be caused by an error or omission by Printex Graphics. If defective we will begin reprints immediately upon receipt of merchandise.

IMPORTANT: We only guarantee color matching if you have purchased a color matchprint proof. Errors that are a result of defects in customer-supplied digital files, such as low resolution photos, defective file formats and incorrect copy, are not covered.
