We will be able to reply and request any additional information upon reciept.
Send us your digital files. Upload them via FTP or E-mail. You can also
mail them to our address: Printex Graphics: 1320 57th Street, Brooklyn, NY
11219. Once file upload is complete, or you have clicked on “will send
by mail”, your order confirmation window will appear.
Press “Continue” once you have verified the accuracy of the information
that appears in the order confirmation window.
Complete payment and shipping information. A 50% deposit will then be debited
from your credit card.
Printex Graphics will now commence work on your job.
Completing Your Order
Once we receive your file, our pre-press manager will contact you to review
your order. If your file requires pre-press work to out-put correctly, you will
be advised of any extra charges. (See “How
do I prepare my file for printing” to insure your job is output ready.)
Within one business day after your order has been placed (deposit received),
you will be sent either a digital or paper proof, as long as your file has been
set up correctly.
